Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) based in NCR, Philippines to help us acquire new clients and expand our global reach. This is a part-time, flexible role focused on targeted lead research, outreach, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities for Wizlex.
What You’ll Do
Finding New Leads (30–35%)
- Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, and enterprises across industries).
- Add 60–80 new leads weekly into CRM with accurate details.
Connecting with Prospects (30–35%)
- Reach out to potential clients using different channels:
- LinkedIn messages
- Cold emails
- Light outbound calls
- Referrals, partnerships, and social selling
- Weekly target: 20–30 calls + 50 personalized emails/DMs.
Turning Leads into Meetings (20%)
- Qualify prospects, uncover their needs, and set up discovery meetings.
- Weekly target: 3–5 qualified meetings booked.
- Keep CRM updated with notes and follow-ups.
Tracking and Improving (10%)
- Review weekly outreach results and share suggestions for improvement.
- Submit a weekly progress update to management.
First 3 Months Goals
- Consistently book 3–5 qualified meetings per week.
- Generate 10–12 new client opportunities per month.
- Keep meeting attendance rate at 70%+ and lead quality at 60%+.
- Maintain 95% accuracy in CRM data.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in IT sales, business development, or B2B lead generation.
- Strong background in:
- LinkedIn outreach & cold emailing
- Outbound calls & client acquisition
- Networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Social selling and multi-channel prospecting
- Experience in selling IT consulting, outsourcing, SaaS, or digital services.
- Skilled in using CRM and sales prospecting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English fluency required).
- Must be currently based in NCR, Philippines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Bonus Points
- Experience creating sales scripts, proposals, or pitch decks.
- Familiarity with international markets (Japan, US, Australia is a plus).
- Exposure to consulting, professional services, or strategy-based sales.
- Japanese language ability is a bonus but not required.
