About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to design, run, and optimize online advertisement campaigns. The goal is to drive measurable results by applying a clear PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle in every initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Apply PDCA methodology to continuously monitor, measure, and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns for better reach, conversion, and efficiency.
- Support in providing recommendations for targeting, channel selection, and budgeting.
What You’ll Have
- Proven experience in running online advertising campaigns (X Ads, Meta Ads, Web3-related ads is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to apply PDCA cycles effectively.
- Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 projects is a plus.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
